'The Irish Palette'

The Irish Palette is a collective of contemporary artists living and working across the island of Ireland. The collective was formed in 2021 when several Irish painters recognised they were simultaneously studying the international online art programme, the Creative Visionary Program* (CVP).

Recognising the value of a more local focus to provide additional support during this course, the founding members established a private Facebook group called The Irish Palette. This group shared information and provided mutual support through their studies and continued art practice. The value of this personal and professional collaboration was evident from the outset, and the members decided to continue working together. Having started with 12 members, the group now has a membership of 50 independent artists, all of whom are CVP alumni. Members have participated in solo and group exhibitions and shown and sold work at home and internationally.

As a collective, the Irish Palette hosted its first exhibitions in Portadown and Dublin in 2024 and has more recently exhibited in Belfast in March 2025.The group aims to introduce this high-quality, professional, and diverse body of contemporary artwork to new audiences throughout Ireland. The exhibition consists of original paintings from 15 artists - showcasing each artist's style while collectively representing the shared language and experience of being a member of The Irish Palette and their common bond for the joy of creativity through painting.

Members of The Irish Palette wish to thank you for your interest and support for their work and hope you enjoy this current exhibition. For further information, please find the individual details of each artist on their profile page below.
